Swan Solutions is a Mumbai-based IT services company with 35+ years of experience delivering cloud, IT infrastructure, and enterprise solutions. We serve top clients in BFSI, PSU, and private sector domains.

Job Role Overview

We're looking for a Level-1 Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS and Azure to manage cloud infrastructure, assist in deployments, and provide support across a multi-cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor cloud services like EC2, S3, RDS, Azure VMs, storage
  • Respond to alerts and perform basic incident resolution
  • Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
  • Manage users and permissions via IAM and RBAC
  • Perform regular health checks and maintain uptime reports
  • Use Terraform or ARM templates for basic infrastructure automation
  • Document procedures, incidents, and operational changes
  • Help ensure compliance with security benchmarks (CIS, audits)

Skills & Tools

  • AWS Console, Azure Portal
  • Basic scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps
  • Monitoring: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor
  • IaC: Terraform, ARM Templates
  • Security Tools: AWS Inspector, Defender, Pingsafe

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT or related
  • Preferred: AWS or Azure certifications (Cloud Practitioner, SysOps, AZ-104)

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
