🧠 Role Overview

NetJets is hiring a DevOps Engineer Associate to support infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support our 24/7 production environment and ensure system reliability.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage deployment and release pipelines across staging and production
  • Support platform technologies like WebSphere, Tomcat, Node.js, and AWS
  • Implement scripting and automation tools for infrastructure management
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation and help desk escalation
  • Perform system monitoring, logging, and performance analysis using Datadog
  • Ensure compliance with security and vulnerability management policies

🔑 Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or software engineering
  • Basic knowledge of web servers and middleware (WebSphere, Tomcat, Node.js)
  • Experience with scripting (Python preferred)
  • CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins, GitHub, or GitLab
  • Strong understanding of Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows systems
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows and deployment methodologies

✨ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Amazon EKS
  • Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or Packer for infrastructure automation
  • Understanding of log management and APM tools like Datadog
  • Exposure to Kafka, Nexus, Bitbucket, and Layer7 is a plus
